Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Edison Jhon Moya Arias (Ecuador), creator of Bolillas. By playing you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the game. Apple's standard licence agreement for apps also applies.

1. Your account

• When you open the game you play as a guest. To keep your progress if you change phones, connect your Apple or Game Center account in Profile. If your iPhone is already signed in to Game Center, the game connects it on its own.
• Your account is personal. Don't sell or share it, and don't use several accounts to take advantage of prizes.
• You can delete it at any time from Settings.

2. Tokens, tickets and game items

• Tokens (bronze, silver and gold), tickets, marbles and effects are virtual content: we give you a licence to use them in the game. They are not money, have no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for real money or sold.
• They can only go to another player through the game's own features (for example, giving tickets to a friend).
• We may adjust token prices, prizes and odds to keep the game balanced, without taking away what you already bought. Before we change a price or the odds, we will let you know in the game. Apple shows you prices in money before every purchase.
• Anything obtained through cheating, bugs or abuse may be removed.

3. Purchases

• Purchases with money are made through Apple and follow its terms. Apple handles refunds (you can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com); if Apple refunds a purchase, we remove what that purchase gave you.
• If you already spent the tokens from a purchase that Apple refunds, your balance of those tokens may go negative: it is a debt paid back with the tokens you get later. While your balance is below the price, you can't buy or enter matches with those tokens.
• Marbles and effects bought with real money, including those in the Starter Pack, can be restored in Store → Restore Purchases, on another account too.
• Tokens bought with money, including those in the Starter Pack, are delivered once to the account you buy with and are not restored: if you delete your account, they are lost.
• Nothing here limits the rights your country's consumer protection law gives you.

4. Kiosk Marbles

At Kiosk Marbles you trade a ticket for a little bag of three marbles and, depending on the marbles that come out, you win in-game tokens. Every bag always gives a prize. Only free tickets are used, and they are never sold: you earn them by playing, watching ads, sharing, as a gift from a friend or with the gifts the store gives now and then, whenever we decide, and they can't be bought with money or tokens. We don't promise that there will be store gifts or how often; each one lasts a limited time and can be claimed only once per account. The odds of each ticket are always visible in the game ("%" button), and we will let you know before we change them. Our server decides the result before the animation. It never pays real money or anything with value outside the game.

5. Fair play and conduct

By playing you agree to follow the community rules. Cheating, modifying the game, exploiting bugs, agreeing with others to share prizes and harassing other players are not allowed. If you break the rules we may warn you, remove prizes, change your name or custom marble, or suspend your account.

6. What you create

Your name and your custom marble (name, colour and drawing) are yours. You allow us to store them and show them to other players in the game while your account exists. They must not be offensive or copy other people's content. We may remove them if they break the rules.

7. The service

• The game needs the internet to start matches and for the store, Kiosk Marbles and online play.
• We may change, add or remove features, and pause the service for maintenance.
• The game is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for the loss of virtual content caused by failures beyond our control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador, without affecting the rights the law of your country of residence gives you.
